Our goal is to make every part of your experience with Bennington as straightforward as the ride itself. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the questions we hear most often from our clients. When will I be charged for my reservation? +
We typically process payment the day after your trip, or the following Monday if you ride with us over the weekend. If you have a corporate billing account set up with us, we’ll follow whatever invoicing schedule works best for your company.
Can I receive a receipt for my trip? +
Absolutely. Your receipt is automatically generated and emailed to you when we process your payment, so you’ll have it for your records.
Can I make changes to my reservation after it's been confirmed? +
Yes, just give us a call, send an email, or text us and we’ll help you adjust your booking. Keep in mind that cancellations or modifications made close to your pickup time may be subject to our cancellation policy based on your vehicle type.
Why does my final charge differ from my original quote? +
A few things can affect the final amount—wait time beyond the grace period, parking fees, tolls like Highway 407, additional stops you requested, extending your trip longer than planned, or switching to a different vehicle type. We do our best to communicate these adjustments as they come up.
Is there a fee for wait time or additional stops? +
Additional stops run $15 for sedans and $20 for specialty vehicles. If a stop takes longer than 15 minutes, we’ll switch to an hourly rate. For non-airport pickups, you have a 15-minute grace period before wait time charges begin. After that, we bill in 15-minute increments based on your vehicle’s hourly rate.
How can I contact my chauffeur? +
We’ll send you your chauffeur’s name and cell number automatically before your pickup—either by text, email, or both, depending on what works best for you. You can reach them directly if anything comes up.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport? +
Your chauffeur will meet you at the ground transportation area using the airport’s pre-arranged pickup procedure. If you’d prefer to have your chauffeur meet you inside the terminal with a personalized sign, that service is available for $80 CAD total. For larger group pickups, the service becomes hourly-based with a 4-hour minimum booking.
What if my flight is delayed? +
If your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry or call us—our system tracks all incoming flights automatically. Your chauffeur will adjust to your actual arrival time, so you won’t be left waiting when you land.
How much free wait time is included for airport pickups? +
You get a 45-minute grace period after your plane lands, whether you’re arriving domestically or internationally. This gives you time to collect your bags and clear customs without any rush. After the grace period, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments. Just a heads up that flights arriving after 10:00 PM have a $40 late-night surcharge.
Do you offer car seats for children? +
Yes, we provide car seats for $40 per seat, plus tax. We can have one ready for your trip, or if you use our service regularly, we’re happy to store your seat at our office so it’s always available when you need it.
Are pets allowed inside the vehicles? +
Your pet is welcome to ride with you as long as they’re in a cage or crate. There’s no fee for crated pets, though we do charge a cleanup fee if any mess occurs or if excessive fur requires extra cleaning.
What is your cancellation policy? +
To avoid being billed the full charge (100%) of your reservation, you must cancel or modify your booking within the following timeframes:

Cancellations made within these windows will be billed at the full charge. No-shows are also billed at the full rate, so please let us know if your plans change.
