Additional Services/Fees

Meet and Greet

Greeter with sign – $80.00 + taxes, to a total of 106.67 CAD per flight.
Reverse Greet (chauffeur meets passenger outside the terminal instead of inside) – $80.00 + taxes, to a total of 106.67 CAD per flight.

Wait Time

Non-airport wait time – 15 minutes. After the 15-minute grace period, wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate for the vehicle being used.
Wait time for Private Plane Aircraft Arrivals – 15-minute grace period. After 30 minutes of wait time, the trip becomes hourly. The hourly rate per vehicle type and minimums apply.
Wait time for Domestic and International Flights – There is a 45-minute grace period after the plane lands. After the grace period, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly transfer rate. Please note that all arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a $40.00 surcharge.

Stops

Each stop enroute is a $15.00 minimum on sedan orders. $20.00 per stop for specialty vehicles. If stops are 15 minutes or longer apart, the trip becomes hourly.

Fuel Surcharge

A fuel surcharge is applied in accordance with our fuel surcharge matrix.
Holiday Surcharge – 25% is applied to all Canadian statutory holidays. Charges will vary depending on vehicle type.
Early Morning Fee – 25% is applied to all pickups between midnight and 4:00 am. Note that this does not apply to delayed arrivals.
Service Charge – An 18% service charge is automatically included in your trip if you choose to give your chauffeur an additional gratuity in the vehicle; this is at your discretion.

Special Items

Car seats can be provided or stored in our office for $40.00 per trip.
Pets in Crates – No fee. A clean-up fee applies if something happens in the vehicle or if fur is everywhere.

Tolls/Parking Regulatory Fees

City Centre Island Airport Fees – $35.00 plus any additional parking fee due to wait time. Ferry crossing service is available if requested (2-hour minimum charge to pick up on the island), plus parking. The tunnel is free.
HWY 407 Tolls – HWY 407 charges based on time of day and length traveled.
Niagara Falls Sightseeing License – A $105.00 daily license fee applies to tours in the Niagara Parks region.
Tolls, Parking, and Regulatory Fees are charged in addition, where applicable.

Cancellations and No Shows

Sedans – Cancellations or modifications to sedan reservations with less than 2 hours’ notice will be billed at full charge.
SUVs – Cancellations or modifications to SUV reservations with less than 3 hours’ notice will be billed at full charge.
Mercedes, Escalade, Van, Sprinter – Cancellations or modifications to Van, Mercedes, Escalade, and Sprinter reservations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at full charge.
Coaches (24-56 pax) – Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice will be billed at 100% of charges.
No Show – All vehicle No Shows are billable at full charge.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer billing on account. Certain conditions apply; please inquire for details if you would like to set up an account.
